Meet The Team

Our Story

In November 2021, Dr. Kenneth C. Terry introduced the president of Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College to Dr. Biola Rotibi and the president visited him in Dallas, Tx. to discuss a curriculum project and possible expansion of a worship and nursing program. Due to time constraints at the time with a curriculum project with Johnson and Johnson and Biotechnology Institute, he was not able to fully commit at that point in time but was able to write one course. After his contract was over, he served as the curriculum writer, Dean and Professor of Worship, Dean of Partnerships and Dean of Academic and Student Affairs with Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College. In 2024, Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College of Texas was formed and had its 1st graduation in DeSoto, Tx. Due to state regulations, Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College of Texas would not be able fully operate in the State of Texas. It later was decided that Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College of Texas would dissolve and Texas Metropolitan Theological Seminary was born where Dr. Biola Rotibi serves as President and CEO.
